4 | Your estimates of the Growth and Yield (income) per annum likely to be produced by your investments. Again, this is an average over the whole period of the LifePlan and can be adjusted at any time. If you are not sure, then your Financial Adviser may be able to help. |
5 | Anticipated *date(s) and amounts of State Pension at commencement. These details can be obtained from the Pensions Office. |
6 | Current value/s of your pension plan/s and the age when you expect to take the benefits from each plan. If in a drawdown arrangement you will need to enter the current amount of income and tax free cash withdrawals, if any, and how long you expect to take these. Your adviser or Drawdown administrator will have these figures to hand. |
7 | The value of your home and any other properties you may own, whether a second home or an investment. For buy-to-lets you will additionally need the rental income, management fees and monthly outgoings. |
8 | Details of any Mortgages you may have, including the expected average interest rate over the life of the mortgage (not just the current rate which may be a low, fixed or discounted rate). |
9 | Details of all savings and investments. Remember, you do not have to enter details of Bank Account numbers or actual names of investments – for additional security, you can code them e.g. ‘Investment A’ or ‘Bank Account B’.
